PRIVACY POLICY – Terms and Conditions

This privacy policy explains the privacy practices of Heartfelt Prayers Ministry ("HFP") and how HFP uses your information.

Your personal information will not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those set out in this HFP Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent personally identifiable information provided by you to us. HFP collects your personal information, including user names, email addresses, IP addresses, other contact details, survey responses, payment information, and cookie data.  

In order to improve our site and better tailor it to meet our users' needs, we use your information to keep track of the HFP services you have signed up to receive and to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize our site's content and layout. 

HFP may use any e-mail address, cell phone number, or physical address that you provide to us to communicate with you from time to time regarding administrative notices, account information, updates, and upgrades to HFP, and other HFP products that become available. This includes facilitating and processing transactions, and where it is necessary to fulfill HFP’s legitimate interests, including operating the HFP web site, providing the services and goods described on HFP’s web sites, verifying your identity, determining how to improve HFP’s web sites, monitoring activity on HFP’s web sites, responding to your comments or questions, informing you of areas of interest or services available from HFP, and fulfilling contracts made with you.  In addition, we use it to comply with court orders, information requests from government agencies and regulators, court of law or law enforcement authorities in course of conducting an investigation and other legal and regulatory processes that may require the disclosure of your personally identifiable information.

Protection of Database Information:

HFP will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, through the use of technological measures (e.g., firewalls, passwords, encryption) and training of employees. HFP will at no time collect or redistribute this information without your consent, except where legally required to do so. 

 

 

OPT-IN / OPT-OUT POLICY:

It is HFP policy that just as a user must subscribe to opt-in to a messaging or email group, they have the right to unsubscribe (opt-out) from any of our messaging groups. When a user unsubscribes (cancel/ stop) from a particular group, they will no longer receive any messages from that group unless they re-subscribe. 

 

COMPLAINTS:

If you have any complaints relating to any aspect of HFP service, please message us. Please clearly state the nature of the complaint. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days.

HFP reserves the right to change this online privacy policy as required. Changes will be posted in the privacy policy web page and will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of HFP after changes to this online privacy policy have been posted is deemed acceptance of those changes. It is your sole responsibility to monitor the privacy policy to determine whether any such changes have been posted. This privacy policy is subject to and applicable to all privacy laws.
